Biography

Huo Menghua, a renowned expert and founder of the Laser Aesthetic Center at the Plastic Surgery Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences; invited expert at the Ping'an Outpatient Department; and lecturer for Peking University Health Science Center Distance Education. He graduated from university in 1985 with a bachelor's degree, obtained a master's degree in 2000, and a doctoral degree in 2002. He also serves as an invited reviewer for the Chinese Journal of Plastic Surgery and Standing Editor of the Expert Editorial Board of the Chinese Journal of Practical Medicine, and as a clinical consultant for multiple laser companies, including Lumenis, USA (formerly Coherent Medical), HOYA ConBio, Candela, Alma (Feidun), Israel, and WonTechnology, South Korea. He has led or participated in six research projects.
